According to the document No. 360 [2015] of the Industrial Department of the National Development and Reform Commission's General Office, that is, the Notice of the General Office of the National Development and Reform Commission on Printing and Distributing the "Implementation Plan for the Industrialization of Key Technologies of Industrial Robots", under the guidance of departments such as the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Standardization Administration Committee, the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China, and the China Robot Industry Alliance, the National Robot Testing and Evaluation Center (hereinafter referred to as the "National Evaluation Center") was established in early 2015.
