I. Introduction to the Certification
The network access license mark is a quality mark affixed to domestic telecommunication equipment that has obtained network access permission (excluding Hong Kong and Taiwan). It is uniformly printed and issued by the Ministry of Information Industry (now the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), and is one of the genuine certificates for genuine mobile phones.

II. Materials to be Prepared

1. Application form (two copies)

2. Power of attorney (two copies)

3. The customer's Business license

4. The customer's ISO certificate or company profile and company capability description

5. The product's circuit diagram, instruction manual, block diagram, relevant test reports (such as FCC ID)

6. Antenna Peak Gain and Antenna pattern

7. Test direction

8. The company's business license (the annual inspection should not be overdue)

9. Three color photos of the EUT (must include all interfaces and all sides)

10. Frequency channel comparison table (only to be provided if there are many working channels, such as products with DSSS or FHSS working modes)

III. Scope of Application
The scope of application for checking the network access license mark through mobile phone text messages: Currently applicable to all users of China Mobile and all users of China Unicom.
The network access license was previously called the mobile phone license plate. After the approval system for mobile phone license plates was cancelled, there was no longer a mobile phone license plate, and it was changed to a mobile phone license.
